Intuitive Healing Cycle
a 28 day repeatable process designed to help you truly become the observer by turning up the volume on your inner wisdom so you can learn to listen to and follow your inner guidance with ease.
You’ll observe what is presenting itself and how you feel about it so you’ll be able to use your inner wisdom to know what is still keeping you feeling disconnected and like you are still not there even though you’ve healed so much
The cycle goes like this:
Week 1: notice
Week 2: illuminate with the new moon
Week 3: Notice what we illuminated
Week 4: release what is ready with the full moon
You’ll also get direct email access to Izzy to get feedback in real time on what you are noticing and how to access the connection to your intuition you are looking for.

takes time and focused intent.
If you have trouble feeling into your body and allowing your emotions, this will require that you work with some of those stuck energies and emotions that present themselves in your thoughts and mind to be able to turn up the volume on what’s going on in your body and your inner knowing.
Often called shadow work, some of these things might present themselves as you are noticing and you may have to look at and work with them to get the results that you are looking for.

A commitment to deeply focused noticing
Here’s what you can expect during each week

You'll listen to a guided audio meditation at least once (twice is better during this week)
This meditation is about 50 minutes long and it is designed to guide you into your body so you can start to sensitize your awareness to even the smallest messages from your inner wisdom. -
During this week you'll follow a guided meditation video, designed to take you a little bit deeper into the body so you can get familiar with some of the shadows and hidden places that the messages you've looked away from may live.
This guided video meditation is about 50 minutes long as well. It’s best to do it twice during Week 2 -
You'll listen to another guided audio meditation at least once this week (but twice is best)
Similar to the Week 1 meditation, this is designed to give you some time and space to notice what comes up during the illumination phase.
Shorter, and focused on what has been illuminated, this meditation will take less time than Week 1 and Week 2. -
This is when is we will meet, virtually together, to notice all that has come to light and give it an opportunity to release.
It's an intuitive release - so we will observe what's ready to move AS it moves. We won't be trying to release anything - just watching it dissipate on its own.
This will be an opportunity for you to share what you have been noticing and get live feedback from Izzy.
The group sessions are always on Wednesday around the Full Moon at 12pm est and will be recorded for you to watch at any time.
You can get still get feedback in Week 4 from Izzy via email if you can’t make it.
